One of 43, this 30-minute video demonstrates how restriction enzymes and gel electrophoresis are used to manipulate DNA molecules in genetic engineering experiments. Simulations of bacterial transformation and liposome therapy are presented and gene therapy as a potential treatment for people with genetic disorders, like cystic fibrosis, is explored.
